Selling a property can involve more costs than simply an estate-agent fee.
What selling can cost
Depending on the circumstances, you may encounter estate-agent fees, VAT, marketing costs, legal and conveyancing costs, property preparation, repairs, removal and storage costs, mortgage and finance costs, and additional costs caused by delays.
Before you commit
Cashio will explain the relevant costs and terms of your proposed transaction before you commit. We believe sellers should be able to compare the numbers clearly.
Our fee policy
We never charge you a fee. Getting an offer is free, and so is selling your home to us. There is no valuation fee, no admin fee and no commission. We also arrange the independent survey and pay for it, and we cover our own legal costs.
